We had to use the porta pott just a short walk away.
Had a delightful visit there for lunch. Had a table overlooking the water. Only blue Willow China. Can highly recommend having "the tea" as your choice. Had a lovely egg salad sandwich with all sorts of sweet tasting things.
Lovely setting on the harbour and quaint atmosphere.Beef Wellington sliders were beautifully presented but lacking in flavour
I ordered high tea for my mom for Mother's Day and it was amazing! Beautifully prepared, delicious, and well priced. The service was fabulous; so friendly and easy to order. Thank you!
Staff are friendly, location is awesome and food is great. They where also super nice to my Mother which I really appreciated :)
Coffee was great, but the crepes i had gave me food poisoning. Excellent selection of tea, though.
Good service .Food and Tea also good.An idyllic waterfront location at Gravenhurst Wharf, where you can enjoy a hearty full English breakfast, a delicious lunch with a pint of one of our featured UK beers or treat yourself to a traditional afternoon tea; all the while soaking in the spectacular views from the dining room .
The cutest place! Great tea and amazing service. 💙
Enjoyed very muchVery quaint and English tea houseCall about reservations first to be on the safe side
Wonderful little traditional English tea shop. If you are looking to do high tea or lunch when you are in Muskoka this is the place. Great food and sweets along with friendly service. Their scones and shortbread are very yummy. Also a nice view of the Gravenhurst harbour and Muskoka steamships while you are having lunch. This place is very popular so I would suggest calling ahead and making a reservation. I give this one 5 stars. A real Muskoka gem.
My all-time favorite tea and lunch spot in Gravenhirst! The food is superb, modestly priced, and the portion sizes are perfect. Staff are friendly and courteous and the view of the lake and boating traffic leaving their slips is awesome. A great selection of teas makes this place one of my favorite places to have a nice quiet lunch with my daughter. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service, beautifully decorated. They actually followed up on some suggestions others had here to improve the menu - everything was delicious and portion sizes were perfect.
A very nice place to have conversation very nice decor and a wide selection of special tea,s
Had a nice lunch and a cold beer on a hot summer day during the boat show. We were lucky To find a table and the staff were very nice to accommodate us. The docks that day were crazy busy, but we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. A pleasant place a with good food.
Purchased 12 mini biscotti (finger length), a small blackberry tart and one blueberry scone to take home. Cost me $20.00. I expected them to be pretty good for that price. Biscotti were mediocre, scone was as hard as a rock and the blackberry tart was also kind of disappointing. Won't be back. :(.
Love the Monk's Blend, and the cheddar and tuna. Yummy.
Amazing little tea house with a beautiful view. Must have the scones.
The staff went out of their ways to accommodate us even though our ship was leaving in 30 minutes. We order the crepes, and wow, how delicious they were!
We were going to ice cream shop but tea shop was only place open. Handled our large group well and kids actually had fun.
The only tea place I have ever been that does proper tea. The staff was lovely. The tea exactly what I was looking for on an Autumn day watching the lake and the food. Such good food. It's on my list to visit a few times again next cottage season.
Had a wonderful breakfast at this super cute tea shop! You can tell there is love and attention to detail in every corner from the matching blue decor to the delicious homemade food. A perfect spot for a quiet lunch with friends, or a place to bring a book and enjoy some amazing tea (they have quite a variety, honestly it was hard to pick). Wonderful staff as well, so friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!
Now I can mark off "High tea" off my bucket list. The Blue Willow Tea Shop is adorable! Loved the atmosphere, decor and most of all the tea and food. This place was one of highlights of my Gavenherst Muskoka trip. Fair warning ; The hours are 11-4 so be there early.
Definitely the best breakfast place in town, especially if you like UK traditional with broiled tomatoes, beans, peameal, eggs, hash browns, and nice side of fruits. Selection of teas, scones, pastries are all exceptional. The owners/staff are wonderful. Couldn't be better.
